An afternoon event of the parade grounds at the Fort Smith National Historic Site. This family event will feature live music, cups of ice cream given to the guests and games such as musical chairs, a cake walk, hoops, a turkey shoot game and a stick horse race. Kids ages 5-12 will use their imaginations to build forts out of boxes for a chance to win prizes.
The competition will be split into two age groups: 5-9 and 10-12 and up to four kids in each group.
There will be 20-30 teams. Prizes will be award to the top two winning teams in each age group
